We do not sell, deliver, or supply fuel. We operate exclusively as an independent advisory and management partner on behalf of our clients.

H3 Fuel Services operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms or any service agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between H3 Fuel Services and any client or user.
13. No Guarantee of Results
While H3 Fuel Services applies professional expertise and real market data to identify fuel cost savings opportunities, we make no guarantee of specific financial results. Fuel market conditions, supplier relationships, fleet operations, and other factors outside our control can affect outcomes. Case study results shared on our Site reflect actual client experiences but are not a promise of similar results for all clients.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
