Our Process
We start by performing a complementary fuel audit to expose any cost-saving opportunities. Once we have identified a savings opportunity, we will start negotiating a pricing agreement with your current fuel provider.
Secondly, we will start receiving your daily fuel inventory for one or multiple sites, the process of placing orders according to market conditions starts. Additionally, we will approve all fuel invoices for payment and send monthly fuel savings reports to record our performance.
Please note that H3 Fuel Services does not require our clients to sign a contract in order to receive our services.
